A Part Time Practice of Your Own! Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Newport Beach, California•Part-time
$55 - $70 hourly
About the Job
OC Wellness is an aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice, and we are expanding our clinical team. We are looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who wants to build a practice of their own.

The schedule has room in it, and that room is yours to fill. You would care for patients from an established base that already comes through our doors, and grow your own panel alongside it. These become your patients, people who come back to see you specifically, year after year.

You would also have an experienced physician to learn from and work with. Interesting cases get talked through rather than handled alone, and your clinical judgment is welcome in how we do things.

The marketing, the front desk, the medical assistants, the treatment devices and the systems are all in place and paid for, so you can focus on patients instead of on running a business. The clinical work is a good mix: aesthetic injectables, laser and energy device treatment, regenerative therapy, hormone optimization, medically supervised weight management and longevity medicine. Our patients come to us because they want to feel better in their own skin, and the results are something you get to see for yourself.

We are starting the role at three to four days a week and expect it to grow into full time as the schedule fills. That also makes it a good fit if you are keeping a practice going elsewhere or returning to clinical work at your own pace.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AND OWN
  • Care for your own patients across aesthetics, regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, weight management and longevity.
  • Run your own consultations, from the examination through the treatment plan.
  • Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatment, including facial assessment, product selection, dosing and photography.
  • Work with laser, intense pulsed light and radiofrequency platforms within protocol.
  • Manage hormone, peptide and weight management protocols from baseline laboratory work through titration and monitoring.
  • Complete and document the good faith examination before anything is prescribed or ordered.
  • Manage complications confidently, including the injectable emergencies, with the physician available to you.
  • Build lasting relationships with the patients who become yours.
  • Close your charts the same day, so your evenings belong to you.
  • Review your own performance numbers each month, shared openly with you.
  • Contribute to the protocols rather than only following them.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • An established patient base and a schedule with real room to grow.
  • An experienced physician to work alongside and learn from.
  • A funded marketing budget working to fill your schedule.
  • Support staff, treatment devices and systems already in place.
  • Professional liability coverage carried by the practice.
  • A schedule that grows with your panel.
  • Paid Trainings and shadowing from experienced physician
